Thuong Nguyen Canh holds a B.Sc. (2012) in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, M.Sc. (2014) and Ph.D. (2019) in Computer Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Institute for Datability Science, Osaka University.
His research interests include computational photography, image/video compression, wireless communication, and applications of deep learning.
He received the Best Presentation Award at IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication, 2018.
